Service Description
This service is custom and tailored to each client. Investment is determined based on scope, goals, and level of support required, and is discussed following the initial consultation. A proposal will be provided prior to moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless and intentional experience, the following booking policy applies to all QueensPlayground services. By booking, you agree to the terms below. Appointments & Consultations All services are offered by appointment only and are confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Consultation time is reserved exclusively for you, and preparation may begin prior to your scheduled session. Deposits & Payment -A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. -The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. -Appointments are not confirmed without receipt of the deposit. Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to booking time after will result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of reason. Rescheduling -One reschedule may be accommodated at the discretion of QueensPlayground, subject to availability. -Deposits may be transferred once with reasonable notice. -Additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit. Late Arrivals & No-Shows -Please arrive on time for your appointment. -Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled bookings. -Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. -No-shows will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. Service Scope Services are tailored based on the agreed scope discussed during consultation. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees or scheduling. Creative & Brand Services For brand, content, or strategy based services, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in advance. Work begins once the deposit is received. General QueensPlayground reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if policies are not respected or if a professional working relationship cannot be maintained.
